During my tenure at TocoToco from 2019 to 2022, I had the privilege of playing a pivotal role in reshaping the company's management strategies and driving positive change. Over the course of four years, I actively contributed to transforming TocoToco into a more efficient, competitive, and forward-thinking organization.


One of my primary contributions was in the area of operational streamlining. Recognizing the need for improved efficiency, I initiated comprehensive process reviews across various departments. By identifying bottlenecks and implementing streamlined workflows, we were able to optimize resource allocation, reduce waste, and enhance productivity. These changes resulted in significant cost savings and improved overall operational performance.


In addition to operational streamlining, I focused on fostering a culture of innovation within the company. I introduced new tools and technologies to automate manual processes, enabling employees to work smarter and more effectively. By championing a culture of continuous improvement, I encouraged employees to embrace change and explore innovative solutions to enhance productivity and customer satisfaction.


Furthermore, I played a key role in talent management and development. I worked closely with the HR department to establish comprehensive training programs, both for new hires and existing employees. These programs focused on enhancing technical skills, fostering leadership qualities, and nurturing a customer-centric mindset.
